Blessed are they that mourn...

Matt 5:4~Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.

 

 

How does the saying go...When it rains it pours.  Well, when will this rain end.

I had a uncle to pass this morning.  He was the oldest of my grandmother's brothers.

He was a sweet soft spoken man that will be greatly missed.  His wife could not be at his side due to the fact she is in the same hospital room that her husband had been in just a few days ago before he was released to go home under hospice care. If this wasn't enough I just got word that another uncle of mine as been admitted into the hospital.

Lord, your word say that they that mourn will be comforted.  Heavenly father I pray that you will send that comfort to my family.  Hold us up in the days to come as we say goodbye to the earthly body of our loved one. Also be with us as we sit by the bedside those that are ill.
